Abs/mid segment class Heeey!!! Let me first start by saying, I am not really a health instructor, or a health and fitness nut, or anything that makes people seem official in what I do... I like a good greasy burger such as next man, or woman, and you'll find days that I rather sit down and eat a tub regarding delicious... gooey.... marshmellow infested.... fudge dribbled..... mmmmmmmm its polar environment cream.... Sorry I was developing a moment, but I have a pretty decent abs and leg training session every Friday, that I want to invite anyone who wants to reduce on the mid section. I see a number of people going to the gym who want to shed a lil weight at the belly, and give it your all... on the wrong fitness equipment... I mean, like I said, im not a pro at this... but if you want to help you shed.... using a machine probably isnt the best route. My abs and leg physical exercise is design to burn that weight, and trim down! Now I have to say, its pretty intense... I was introduce to the present session overseas, and I'm not gonna lie... it kicked my ass!!! but it was more than more than worth it! So if you like to hitch me in working out, remember to respond. I am not charging for that lessons... but I do possess a few requirements... x. You have to be military, or a dependent, or know someone that may be military who wouldn't mind sponsoring people on base. I can sponser just one... maybe two, but my card can only hold much! x. I need you to be serious, and motivated, and specializing in the class, to the work out... and more importantly to your own self. x. If you come through, be positive and give the application your all! Some exercise are worst than others... and should you cant push out the overall set, do what you are able to: ). x. Send me a photo of your body type and describe your level of fitness, reason for working out, plus your goals so I can incorporate some idea on what level of workouts we will perform to build you towards an easier you!: ) x.
